Our group Reformer Pilates classes are offered throughout the week at our Chesapeake studio. Led by certified instructors, each session gives individual attention to form, breathing, and precision — honoring the classical Pilates method.

Active Aging Classes

Active Aging Classes

If you're looking for a way to do your daily activities better, this class is for you! It's designed for, but not limited to, our senior clients. Our goal for this class is to focus on strengthening specific muscles to help prevent falling and improve stability. Exercises will included those that develop better balance, strength, and endurance. Loaded flexion exercises are avoided to make this an osteoporosis-friendly experience. This class will primarily utilize the Tower and Mat equipment, with some low Chair & Reformer.
