Cancellation Policy

Last Updated:

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for all group classes, private sessions, and workshops. Please note that if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, the instructor reserves the right to deny entry, and you will still be charged for the session. This policy is in place for your safety and out of consideration for the instructor and fellow participants.
All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If a cancellation is not made within this window, your account will be charged with the paid credit for the class or service.
Dawn Pilates reserves the right to terminate or modify membership terms for repeated late cancellations, including transferring the member to a waitlist to allow members in good standing to take their place. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
We encourage all members to cancel in a timely manner so that others on the waitlist have the opportunity to attend.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked class or session without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and your account will be charged the paid credit for that class or service.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, however consistent no-shows impact our instructors and other members.
